Would give them 0 stars especially the way they treat their guest. We rented tree tops #2 in July 2016. The average night was $221.00 for a run down filthy cabin. I called and left a message. No call back. Our neighbors at tree tops #1 had issues with communication too. I left a message stating the state of the cabin upon check in at 8pm. I asked to be called back at least in the am. I cleaned the urine and fecal matter off the toilet and cleaned all the "body" hair out of the tub. When I pulled out the sleeper sofa I found a dirty mattresses pad, it had 2 decaying bugs on it and a big long black hair. I could not let my child sleep on that so I bought an air mattress. All the other places in town were booked or we would have left!!! The worst part was when I emailed the Turkey Ridge Lodge and showed them pictures they decided to do nothing!!! Said they were shocked my cabin looked this way upon check in....But said oh well I did not get the message!! I'm not surprised VERY poor management skills!!! The people who run this place are ignorant & do not possess any hospitality skill's. I will warn you unless you want to deal with an ignorant person and have to clean up after the people before you for $221 dollars a night RUN!!!
