Other than that, it was amazing! The pool was amazing, fire pits well maintained and ready to go. Ability to play music off aux. cord outside was a huge plus! However, would suggest some lighting, even solar lighting along pathway around the pool heading out to the fire pit and on the way down the steps to the basement floor. There also wasn't any lighting around the hot tub which made it a little difficult to get around when it was dark. Last suggestion-if the outdoor string lights could be left on another hour or two it would be much appreciated! Late nights around the fire are hard when the lights go out before you're ready to head in for the night.
Other than those suggestions it was a blast! So worth it for a huge group of people to have some fun! We'll definitely be back =]

Went for our first annual family retreat and the house was perfect! Just enough room for all of us to sleep comfortably. Although we would have liked to see another lounging couch somewhere as we were short just one bed. Fortunately, two family members left the day we arrived and we were able to claim their bedroom.
Beautiful house inside and out! The pool is very clean, perfect size for large family with a nice shallow end for small kids. The theatre room was a favorite spot for all, everyone loved the giant bean bag chairs. Plenty of space and great location, close to many hiking trails. Can't wait to return next year!
The pool was used the most. We decided to have it heated which was the right choice. We all swam from 8 am to 4 pm and beyond! The group enjoyed the basketball hoop in the pool. We loved the lights that were hung from tree to tree to light up the outside. It was so magical.
The staff met us the day of check in to explain how to work the pool, hot tub and theater room.
This is probably the perfect getaway spot. The lot is private, it's quiet, and there's a lot to do in/around the house, or in the nearby trails/parks. The house is in perfect shape, very modern and has all of the technology in it. Convenient to have 2 kitchens. One kitchen is downstairs and walks right outside to the patio and pool, perfect for meal/drink prep for outdoors. The other kitchen is more traditional with a huge table and seating for everyone. Bedrooms are big and comfortable.
The photos don't do the place any justice. The theater was awesome too, as you can see in the pictures. Electrical reclining theater seating and a rumbling sound system on that huge projector screen made for an awesome rainy afternoon - not to mention the over-sized beanbag chairs in there that accommodated a few naps.
We were given great directions and packing instructions in an email, which made finding the home very easy. This home is beautiful, top of the line amenities, we'll decorated. Matt met us there very promptly, showed us how everything worked, from the theater room to the hot tub. Great guy, very friendly. We had a great time, and could have stayed nested in that theater room for days! Lol. Also, the trails at Conkles Hollow were some of the most gorgeous views I've seen, and nearly next door to the home. Can't wait to lodge with this company again!
We had 12 People stay at Webb Pointe Lodge the weekend of July 27-30 2017. The lodge was very spacious and functional for our group. The lodge was decorated beautifully. With 2 kitchens and bathrooms for every room we all had enough space! The kitchens were fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The game room was a big hit for the kids and adults. The pool table was nice.
I recommend this comfortably for 4 families (maybe even 5) with kids.
